These Terms and Conditions form the binding agreement between you and pa777. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pa777 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

- 2You must register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
- 3You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- 4You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. pa777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
Account Registration and Security
To access the games and services on the pa777 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following obligations apply to your Account at all times.
- 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. pa777 will never ask you for your password directly. Any activity that occurs on your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
- 2You must notify pa777 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any transaction on your Account that you did not initiate.
- 3pa777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to complete additional KYC checks at pa777's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- 4pa777 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close any Account where the information provided by the Player is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent; where suspicious activity is detected; or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
- 5Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pa777 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the pa777 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pa777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed below, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed at the time of each transaction.
Deposit Terms
- 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. pa777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical interruptions.
- 2All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, pa777 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the Account pending investigation.
- 3pa777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above thresholds determined at pa777's discretion. This may include bank statements, mobile wallet transaction records, or other financial documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal Terms
- 1Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. pa777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods not previously used to fund the Account.
- 2Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period. pa777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. pa777 will notify you of any delay affecting your withdrawal request.
- 3Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Account holder must have completed KYC verification to pa777's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted by Accounts with incomplete KYC will be held pending verification. pa777 reserves the right to extend the verification period where documentation provided is incomplete or where clarification is required.
- 4pa777 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request and conduct additional due diligence checks where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms . In such cases, pa777 may freeze the Account balance pending investigation and, if fraud or a material breach is confirmed, forfeit any balance in the Account in accordance with these Terms.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
pa777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
- 1Bonuses are credited to your Account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bets) for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for pa777 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
- 2Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player per promotion, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts, different payment methods, or shared device or network identifiers constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
- 3pa777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal or amendment does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account and actively being wagered at the time of the change.
- 4Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup may carry additional eligibility conditions specific to that promotion. These conditions will be published alongside the promotion on the pa777 Platform. Players are responsible for reviewing the specific terms of each promotion before participating.
- 5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms, typically 7 days from the date of award. Winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn as real money.
Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
pa777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining the integrity of its Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
- 1Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to play games, place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players. pa777 employs active monitoring systems to detect automated activity and reserves the right to void all bets and winnings associated with detected bot activity.
- 2Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotional terms. Where collusion is detected, all involved accounts will be suspended and all associated winnings forfeited pending investigation.
- 3Any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. pa777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.
- 4Exploitation of technical errors, software glitches, or misconfigured odds. If a Player becomes aware of an error or malfunction on the Platform that may be generating unintended outcomes, they are obligated to report it to pa777 support immediately. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a technical error will be voided.
- 5Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions, accessing region-locked promotions, or misrepresenting your jurisdiction of residence to pa777. pa777 reserves the right to request proof of location at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pa777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, page layouts, audio, and video content (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of pa777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in any Platform Content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of pa777. Unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa777's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows.
- 1pa777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pa777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 2pa777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pa777's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as network outages, regulatory interventions, or natural disasters) may result in temporary service interruptions. pa777 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of such interruptions.
- 3In all circumstances where pa777 is found liable to a Player, pa777's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Termination and Suspension
pa777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances.
- 1Where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or payment-related restrictions. Upon termination for breach, pa777 may forfeit any balance in the Account, including real-money funds, where the breach involved fraudulent activity, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse.
- 2Where pa777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or the instruction of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, pa777 will comply with the relevant legal obligation and will communicate with the Player to the extent permitted by law.
- 3Where a Player voluntarily requests account closure through the self-exclusion tool or via a written request to pa777 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will be blocked from accessing the Platform, and pa777 will take reasonable steps to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to the Player during this period.
Governing Law and Amendments to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which pa777 operates. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
pa777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pa777 will provide notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pa777 customer support.
